We do not request diagnostic tests, provide medical advice, interpret laboratory results, or offer clinical consultation.
All laboratory testing, analysis, reporting and interpretation remain the sole responsibility of the requesting clinician and/or designated laboratory provider.  

Clients must hold a valid test request from a qualified healthcare professional or authorised laboratory prior to booking. 

By booking our service, you acknowledge that Aurae Healthcare acts solely as a sample collection provider. 

Sample transportation and postal return methods are conducted in accordance with the laboratory provider’s packaging and transport guidance. Responsibility for laboratory processing and result reporting remains solely with the laboratory provider.
