Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a fee.

Same-day bookings may be non-refundable.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.

The appointment fee covers nurse attendance and professional time, regardless of whether a sample is successfully obtained.
